The trial court set aside an administrative order of the Department of Public Safety which suspended a license of an automobile owner under the provisions of the Texas Motor Vehicle Safety-Responsibility Act, Art. 6701h, Vernons Ann.Civ.Stats. The trial court so ordered because there was no proof that the owners fault caused the accident. The Department has appealed from that order.
